- Eligible Returns: We accept returns on new, unopened Guanology™ skincare products. Simply return the item with a print out of your order information included within 10 days of receiving. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
- Unauthorized Returns: Any returns not authorized by our team or not meeting our criteria will be responsibly recycled/disposed of and will not qualify for a refund.
- Policy Abuse: We monitor return/refund activity and may limit or refuse a return—or charge a processing fee—if our policy is being misused, at our sole discretion.
- Tea Sales Final: All sales of Guanology™ Beauty Boost Tea are final and not eligible for return or refund, due to product integrity and safety standards.
