- Eligible Returns: We accept returns of any full-sized product (no exchanges) as long as it is at least half full and received within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
- Return Fee: A $9.95 return processing charge will be deducted from your refund.
- Return Labels: Once a return label is issued, your return must be received within 30 days. After that time, we’re unable to process the refund or reissue a label.
- Unauthorized Returns: Any returns not authorized by our team or not meeting our criteria will be responsibly recycled/disposed of and will not qualify for a refund.
- Policy Abuse: We monitor return/refund activity and may limit or refuse a return—or charge a processing fee—if our policy is being misused, at our sole discretion.
